Anna

Anna Segal is a Florida girl. A lover of all things movement, Anna began teaching in 2012 becoming a registered yoga teacher and offering classes while completing her BS in Exercise Physiology. She has since expanded her practice and teaching to include Barre, HIIT, and Active Flexibility Training. Keeping a student's perspective in mind, Anna combines her extensive knowledge of movement mechanics with a talent for communication to lead classes that are smart, creative, and fun. Participants can expect to finish class feeling accomplished and restored.

Elizabeth

Liz (she/her/ella) is a dancer, choreographer, and instructor currently living in Tallahassee, Florida. She has three degrees from Florida State University, including her MA in Dance. Liz found her love of fitness through Barre in 2015 and has continued with it ever since! Both her fitness and dance (virtual) classrooms are safe places for people to be themselves. Ross

Ross Daniel is a Georgia born artist and Balanced Body certified Pilates instructor based in New York City. Ross has a M.F.A. in dance performance and choreography from Florida State University and a B.A. in theatre performance and directing from Georgia College & State University. He has been teaching Pilates in NYC since 2017 at Pilates Reforming New York and Equinox. Ross teaches Pilates through a dancers perspective focusing on continuous movement, spinal mobility, core strengthening, and flow. Ross always says, “If you stop moving, you stop moving.” Come be your “tallest self” with Ross as he guides your through a fun and challenging Pilates flow.

Sarah R

Sarah Rose is an NYC-based artist. She earned her MFA from FSU (choreography and performance) and BA from Princeton (classics). She is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, Balanced Body certified Pilates mat instructor, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a Guild certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner. Sarah is a lifelong learner of all things movement! She brings her knowledge and experience to help you maximize your form and results.
