HomeBod offers a weekly schedule of live group fitness classes over zoom and a subscription service of pre-recorded workouts. Our class formats include: Pilates, Yoga, HIIT, Stretch & Release, Barre Burn and more! Classes are designed using little to no equipment. Move with us from the comfort of your own home!
