Barre Burn is a high energy workout based on movements done at the ballet barre. The movements are accessible and the burn is slow. This class provides a high energy/low impact, full body workout that includes weight training, barre, abdominals and lower body. The class ends with a well deserved cool down. This class is perfect for all levels who want to tone their bodies with the influence of ballet technique.
Suggested equipment: Weights (1-5 pounds), mat, towel, and something to use as a 'barre' (something level to rest your hand on like a chair, couch, table, counter, etc)
