Gentle Fit With Sarah R

This class focuses on strength, flexibility, and balance using movement modifications and techniques safe for aging bodies, those rehabilitating from injury, or just getting started on their fitness journey. Current class themes include: rotator cuff strength and arm range of motion, glute and hip strength, ankle stability and balance. Sarah will cater the class to the requests of the group!

Suggested equipment:
- low resistance theraband
- light weights (if you have them)
- chair
