Love cardio and toning? This class is the perfect blend of both! We'll start with thirty minutes of cardio intense intervals, elevating our heart rate, and increasing our cardiovascular capacity. From there, we'll transition to low impact toning focusing on building strength and endurance in our arms, legs, and core.
