Awareness Through Movement® With Sarah R

Awareness Through Movement® is well suited for all bodies and experience levels. You will need a clear space on your floor and mat/rug/blanket for cushion underneath you. This class will invite you to slow down and notice your movement patterns, preferences, and sensations. You will be guided through a series of gentle movements and variations upon those movements with emphasis on noticing yourself and moving towards ease, comfort, and grace.
