Grab your foam roller or tennis ball and join us for an hour long Roll & Release class. This class merges active flexibility (stretching) techniques with the most up to date foam rolling techniques to leave you feeling longer and more relaxed.
-Foam Roller (could be substituted with a hard plastic water bottle)
-Tennis ball (or another small release ball or peanut)
-Stretching strap (could be substituted with a pilates Magic Circle, a scarf, a pair of pants)
