Looking to tone up and lengthen all in one hour? Barre Flow is the perfect combination of muscular endurance and mobility work. Simply put, it’s half barre and half stretch. Start off with a dynamic warm-up to wake up your body and prepare your muscles for movement. We will work right into a short but effective barre workout using low-impact yet challenging exercises to strengthen from our shoulders to our toes all while practicing proper alignment. This class will have you feeling stronger and taller before arriving at the second half where we will flow, stretch, breathe, and lengthen all major muscles. Expect to finish with a sense of accomplishment and peace after this effective yet restoring workout.
Considerations given for all fitness levels. Optional equipment includes two small hand weights, resistance bands, and a pilates ball.
